Welcome to Little Jalebis — India’s first kids-centric catering and delivery company. By using our website, placing an order, or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Orders
- All catering bookings must be made in advance and confirmed via phone, email, or our website enquiry form.
- Confirmation is subject to availability and will be communicated to you within 24–48 hours.
- Menu customization is available and will be finalized after mutual discussion.
- For events, we request final guest count and requirements at least 5 days prior to the event date.
2. Payments
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a minimum advance payment (as discussed during confirmation).
- The remaining payment must be completed on or before the event date.
- We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other available modes shared during booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing (via email) at least 72 hours before the event.
- Advance payments may be non-refundable depending on the proximity to the event date and preparation already initiated.
- Refund eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Service Areas
We currently serve the following regions:
📍 New Delhi | 📍 Gurgaon | 📍 Noida | 📍 Faridabad | 📍 Ghaziabad
If your location falls outside these areas, please contact us directly for custom arrangements.
5. Food Safety & Allergies
- We prioritize hygiene and quality in all our preparations.
- While we take precautions, please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.
- We are not liable for any allergic reactions that occur due to undisclosed information.
6. Event Day Setup
- Our team, including chefs, servers, and helpers, arrives 60 minutes before the event to set up as per your chosen menu and services.
- Any delay in access to the venue may affect the setup timing.
- Clients are responsible for providing basic utilities like access to water, power (if needed), and serving space.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including images, text, and logos — is the property of Little Jalebis and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, Little Jalebis is not liable for any delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, unforeseen traffic, etc.).
